Tottenham Hotspur have indicated that their new stadium will also be used as a music venue. The new stadium which is due to open in August 2018 will be able to accommodate 61000 fans for football matches and can also be converted to host music venue.

Spurs director Donna Cullen said that the new stadium is a state-of-the-art venue not only for London but also in Europe and expects a lot of musicians to play there.
Tottenham Hotspurs is expected to move to the new stadium ahead of the 2018-2019 season. However, they will have to vacate their current stadium at the start of next season itself as construction works will be disrupting games.
They have asked the Football Association for the permission to use the Wembley Stadium for their home games next season and their request has yet to be agreed.
The Tottenham Hotspurs director said that the new stadium would be a great asset for the club as this will allow them to bring more revenue to compete with the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United, and Chelsea.
However, she admitted that the development of the new stadium might impact on the club finance and that this may affect the club transfer budget. This means that Spurs might not be as competitive as they currently are on the transfer market.
We will have to wait for the summer transfer window to find out whether the building of the new stadium will affect the club just like Arsenal suffered when they build their new stadium.
